Rachel to exhibit at International Jewellery London

1 August 2010: New Collections to be launched at International Jewellery London

Rachel will be exhibiting her new collections Secret Garden and Xochitl at the International Jewellery London show in Earls Court 5-8 September 2010. Secret Garden, a quirky nature inspired collection with a vintage gothic edge features antique silver and bronze as well as gold fill finishes. The range includes bud, flower and insect features on bangles, pendants, rings and earrings. Xochitl is a bold and luxurious collection hand embroidered in silk threads and set in sterling silver. Each striking piece is individually made and totally unique.

 

Rachel's Jewellery featured in Encyclopedia of Jewellery Book

1 April 2010: Rachel's Avant Garde collection is featured in the recently published book "The Encyclopedia of Wire Jewelry Techniques".

The book provides instruction on wire jewellery making techniques and also includes a section on established wire jewellery artists with photos of their work. This section includes a ring and bangle from Rachel's popular Avant Garde collection made with enamelled wire, sterling silver and gemstones.

 

Survival International launches exclusive Ethical Range of Jewellery by Rachel

1 April 2010: Survival International commission Rachel to produce exclusive range of ethical jewellery

Rachel Entwistle is committed to ethical jewellery production and has been working to source ethical metal suppliers. In 2010 Rachel will produce an exclusive range of ethical jewellery for Survival International. This will be the second year that Rachel has worked alongside Survival to develop a range specifically for their catalogue.

Exclusive range in the British Museum

28 September 2009: Exclusive range of jewellery by Rachel Entwistle featured in British Museum commissioned for their Aztec exhibition

The British Museum releases their exclusive range of jewellery produced by Rachel Entwistle for their Moctezuma Aztec King exhibition. The range features the launch of Rachel’s Xochitl collection, a range of unique necklaces and earrings made with exquisite Mexican hand embroidery hand set in Sterling Silver. This collection was a collaboration between Rachel and Tona Taati a indigenous women's co-operative in rural Oaxaca, Mexico. You will also find exclusive designs featuring hand carved Jade, Mexican Amber, Turquoise and Coral.
